	Jan Stephen -      Proprietor EFA Orientation Horse Skills Certificate Holder   Jan is more than likely the one to answer the phone! Her role in Gypsie Lodge covers everything from Chef Extrordinaire for all our camps, clinics and functions, to the ever important secretarial duties, as well as our first aid officer.   Prior to owning and co-running Gypsie Lodge Equestrian Centre, Jan was a Registered Nurse, with specialies in both Emergency and Midwifery. The property is named in memory Jan's Mother, Egyptsia Martin (nee Blezard), known to all as "Gypsie", who passed away the year Gypsie Lodge was purchased.
